Mali Jeffers shows off the Arts Garden, an architecturally stunning venue where various kind of arts and cultural performances and celebration take place. The Arts Garden also acts as a suspended crosswalk between both sides of the Circle Center Mall, make it an inviting and convenient place for Hoosiers to enjoy a little something different.
