TruTrainer (trutrainer.com) makes an excellent set of rollers for both a road and track bike. With a resistance unit that gives a real road feel, intervals become possible on rollers. I managed to crank out 400W on these rollers without coming anywhere close to my top gear. Well worth the money. Further, anyone can ride rollers. See the end of the video when my daughter, Allison, jumped on for the first time.
