Dr JHA is a Delhi University Professor of English and a celebrated Freelance Journalist Accredited to the Supreme Court of India (1984-2007) having been extensively covered from time to time by a number of leading DAILIES including ANAND BAZAR PATRIKA, BUSINESS STANDARD, THE TELEGRAPH, NAVBHARAT TIMES, THE ASIAN AGE, THE OBSERVER OF BUSINESS AND POLITICS, THE SUNDAY OBSERVER, THE TRIBUNE and the prestigious NATIONAL HERALD founded by the leading freedom fighter and independent India's FIRST PRIME-MINISTER PANDIT JAWAHARLAL NEHRU during the Indian freedom struggle. This book was released by Supreme Court of India Judge, Mr. Justice VS SIRPURKAR on April29,2009 at the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi on which occasion he delivered his magical speech on the Constitution in post-independent India recommending the study of Dr Jha's book by the citizenry as whole while dwelling on its innumerable unique features spelling out the ethos for making and implementation of the constitutional provisions.
